Function of nail polish: The solvent contained in nail polish volatilizes to form a colored film, which can show color after being attached to the nail.

Features of nail polish: no light is needed, so nail polish is usually placed in a transparent bottle and sealed when it is stored.

The composition and function of UV gel nail polish: The main components are natural resin and some colored materials. This material will solidify under ultraviolet light irradiation, rather than evaporate, and it will form a layer of plastic like film.

Features of  UV gel nail polish: its gloss, abrasion resistance and firmness are better than those of nail polish. The most important thing is that it is almost nonvolatile, almost tasteless, and only needs one or two minutes to dry. And it can create more different nail styles. But the nail polish glue needs to be placed in an opaque bottle and stored away from light.

Differences in painting steps:
UV gel nail polish needs special UV/LED light to solidify. After solidification, the durability is stronger than nail polish, which can last for about 20-30 days.
The operation steps of UV gel nail polish are mostly the same as those of nail polish. The only difference is that UV lamp is required for curing UV gel nail polish, while natural drying is required for curing nail polish
UV gel nail polish is stronger than nail polish and can last for 3 weeks or more
The viscosity and fluidity of UV gel nail polish make it easier to operate, that is, it will be more uniform than nail polish
